Job Details Overview

10+ years overall experience with 8+ in testing, 4+ in test management and 4+ worked in insurance
domain (Mandatory)
Should be hard core insurance domain expert (should have hands on knowledge in General
Insurance, Property & Casualty and Life insurance)
Should be expertise in testing processes, methodologies, handle multiple projects, proficient in
handling teams at onshore & offshore.
Hands on experience in creating proposals & estimations, prepare various metrics, dashboards &
reports.
Works on Test case design, Coverage analysis and Test Execution
Create and execute test scripts, in close consultation with the development department, test
scripts
Participate in the planning, control and execution of various tests and ensure that all the delivered
products are of very high quality
Work closely with development team during the software development cycle and automate
through test scripts with pre-defined automation frameworks
Investigate and implement the use of new testing methods and will be able to project these on
customer’s products
Works on Test Strategy, Test cycle management, Test Planning, Test Scoping
Effective Project & People Management Skills
Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and
learning attitude
