Knowledge in Networking fundamentals and concepts – Switching, Routing, IP Addressing, LAN
and WAN protocols, Routing Protocols, VLAN, VoIP, VPNs, Network Security, Network Management
Experience in Enterprise Networking
Should have experience in Production Network environment
Handling Corporate LAN / WAN networks with heterogeneous devices including VSAT and Wireless
Networks
Should have worked in an end-to-end implementation of a Corporate Network
Troubleshooting, Hardening and Performance tuning experience
Any certifications like CCNA / CISA will be an added advantage
CCNP is preferred
Hands-on working knowledge on UNIX and Windows – Proxy Servers, Host based Routing, Network
Parameter tuning
Experience in leading a team (Preferred)
Good Documentation Skills
Valid Passport and / or US VISA (most preferred)
Willing to travel and work in shifts
Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and
learning attitude
