·         Experience in HTML, Java script and CSS programming. Advance level skills in each of these areas must

·         Experience in mobility space interfacing with back end products like ServiceNow, HP Service Desk, Remedy, ERP etc. is required. If someone has worked on ServiceNow, they will be preferred

·         Optionally, basic understanding of online advertising, permission based marketing, mobile marketing, search engine optimization, eCommerce and community marketing

·         Should know how to present products and services on the web and communicate the key messages and detailed features

·         Effective  Module Design & Code-Reviews

·         Effective Project Documentation

·         Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
